Partial cancellation before shipment: If some items in the order are cancelled before shipment, marketplace fee is refunded partially based on the price of the item(s) cancelled. For example, if an order worth ₹500 contains 2 items worth ₹100 and ₹400 respectively and the ₹100 item is cancelled before shipment, then ₹1 fee is refunded to the original payment method or Amazon Pay Balance, as may be chosen by the customer.
Partial doorstep reject: If some items in the order are rejected at doorstep, marketplace fee is refunded partially based on the price of the item(s) rejected. For example, say an order worth ₹500 contains 2 items worth ₹100 and ₹400 respectively. If the ₹100 item is rejected at doorstep, then ₹1 fee is refunded.
