Warranty is of 1 year. In amazon, when u click on the product page, scroll down a bit and there it;; show if a newer generation is available or not. Amazon will always sell the latest one. NEVER trust flipkart in this regard. Also, there might be a "just launched" tag in amazon of the cover image of firestick.

My primary usage is airtel paymnet bank on that sim which need airtel thanks app.

and can see rewards section also

So i believe non airtel number can also get rs100 coupons.

its already having section as collect rewards vs Claimed reward (on airtel sim thanks app).

but someone need to confirm this for surety

Yes, visiting the local Jio office and explaining them your issue helps. Because the service supervisor is available there who assign engineers for home visits.

Alternatively, approaching the Jio appellate authority helps. They coordinate with the local Jio team.
