Imgur website is loading fine on Airtel Broadband. Or you are referring to something specific?

Imgur website working fine, but uploading not happening on any networking, Airtel Network, Jio Network, Hathway WiFi or Jio Fiber.

You could have said this clearly in your original post instead of simply saying "not working", that would have saved both our times and avoided this confusion.

I think Imgur has blocked Indian ISPs after blocking Jio & Airtel from accessing their website for some time.
