Govt can take control of OTTs, but they afraid of net neutrality. So Jio uses this loophole and by pass NTO, but Airtel stucks with its investment in DTH. Jio’s STB service with OTT add on is optional, but Airtel is always put pressure on xstream Fiber subscribers like me to take their DTH service as combo under black plan,

Seeking Help Tata Binge play app - unable to open hotstar

i have tata binge play app on my nvidia shield tv
i also have hotstar app on the same device
i can watch content from others app line sonyliv, zee5, aha from tata binge app
but when i try to watch hotstar content it says download the app
it is not detecting the hotstar app which is latest version.
any one faced this problem?
note - i am outside india, so have tata binge, hotstar, side loaded to my player.
hotstar works fine with individual sub

I don't know this is relevant here but after reading your posts I thought of posting here. I ordered some different products 3 times sometime back (will not go in details but of a significant value) from JIOMART where there were issues with quality, quantity etc JIOMART reimbursed me the entire refund of my amount with keeping the short product to me . This made me continue ordering from JIOMART without thinking too much for my grocery and other needs as I am assured now they will take care of issues which will happen sometimes .

They have made it difficult to impossible to email their customer care. Their support form is designed to direct you to some automated response or advises to contact the seller.

Vi now allows customers to switch from prepaid to postpaid on same SIM via OTP

This has been there for quite a while. Here are some pointers to know:

  1. Age on network should be 90 days from activation date of Vi prepaid
  2. Need not visit the store, you can switch to Vi postpaid online
  3. Note that if you migrate using online method above, Postpaid Roaming in J&K will not be available. To enable this, need to visit the store first
  4. If you wish to migrate back to prepaid, you need to wait for 90 days from the date of postpaid SIM activation
