I contacted Airtel for new IPTV connection. Local Airtel is offering Vantiva made IPTV1 android box. Can someone comment if it is better to wait till Sercomm made IPTV2 android box is made available?

Airtel guy is unaware if/when IPTV2 box would be available locally.

Wait For A Month Atleast Buddy!

Suppose, I take this connection with 1st Gen IPTV1 box. Later when 2nd Gen IPTV2 box is launched, I can unbundle IPTV connection, cancel it, return IPTV1 box and then book a new IPTV connection (with same Airtel Fiber).

What could be draw back of this plan? Will I not get free IPTV box the next time?
