FAT box near my locality is located well below on the pole, far away from dangerous electricity wires. So, I myself have closed the box 2 times.

Same CC Issue happened with my airfiber jio automatically closes complaints of no heart beat(issue in poe) everytime I got message that issue solved from Backend , how it would be possible to solve that issue from backend?

indeed, I am not sure about Jio (I only owns airfiber) but I do have Excitel and Airtel Fiber.

Excitel’s infrastructure is basically “Bhagwan Bharose”, too many tangled wires, no proper distribution boxes. I don’t even know where they’ve routed the wire into my home. But to be fair, it rarely goes down, the LCO manages it very well. On the other hand, Airtel Fiber has set up a proper, organized infrastructure — with clean wiring, proper distribution boxes, and secure locking mechanisms. The wires and boxes are mounted safely on poles, out of reach. It’s been a week now, and I haven’t experienced any downtime with Airtel so far.
