Me too was facing the same problem. The root cause was the poor bandwidth of my WiFi connection. I have 50 Mbps plan and I haven't got even 1 Mbps on my device whereas it was fine on other devices. Later, I found that my smart TV was the culprit. I turned of the internet connection on my TV and got good network bandwidth on WiFi on my phone. Thus, the WiFi calling issue was also rectified.

Bro i think both are still the same but main difference is that plus connection is with splitter so it may be for apartments with higher plan and rural area where 5g signal is very low. Whereas max connection don't have splitter so it may be for individual homes with higher plan.

I am happy to inform that this setup is working great. Getting 5.1 and Dolby passthrough from both Fire TV Stick as well as Jio SetTopBox. Sound quality is really good.

But the Jio STB's audio setting still shows only PCM and Auto as options. No option to manually select 5.1/Dolby. Nonetheless, the soundbar detects when Dolby content is being played.
