Apple TV+ now available on Tata Play Binge

To access Apple TV+ on Tata Play Binge, users will have to subscribe to the Mega plan, which costs Rs. 399 per month.

Apple TV+ Tata Play Binge

India’s leading DTH service provider, Tata Play, has announced the addition of Apple TV+ to its OTT aggregator platform, Tata Play Binge. Users can enjoy Apple TV+ on Tata Play Binge through various devices, including Android and iOS devices, Smart TVs, PCs, Tablets, the Web, and the Binge+ Set Top Box. However, Apple TV+ is only accessible with the Rs. 399 Mega plan, which also offers international content from other OTT apps.

Commenting on the partnership, Tata Play’s Chief Commercial and Content Officer, Pallavi Puri said, “This collaboration with Apple TV+ is a testament to our commitment to bring to our viewers the very best of content in the world. Apple TV+ features premium, high-quality series and films that are available across devices for all kinds of viewers.”

Oliver Schusser, Apple’s Vice President of Apple Entertainment Services & Beats, said, “We couldn’t be more excited that Tata Play Binge subscribers in India will be able to enjoy the acclaimed series and movies on Apple TV+. Apple TV+ is home to incredible shows and films from the world’s best storytellers, and we’re so glad that Tata Play Binge customers can watch on the Apple TV app across all their favorite devices, including the Tata Play Binge+ Set Top Box.”

Apple TV+ is a streaming service that offers a variety of original movies and television series called Apple Originals. Users can also watch critically acclaimed series such as Ted Lasso, Shrinking, Silo, Hijack, Foundation, Tehran, Servant, Platonic, Severance, The Morning Show, Bad Sisters, Slow Horses, Prehistoric Planet, and many more, and Apple Original Films, such as Academy Award winners CODA and The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse, Ghosted, and the recently premiered The Beanie Bubble.

The Tata Play Binge plan starts at Rs. 299 per month, which offers access to 22 OTT apps, including Disney+ Hotstar, Zee5, Voot Select, Sony Liv, and more. Users can stream content on up to four devices simultaneously with this plan. However, to access Apple TV+, users can subscribe to the Mega plan, which costs Rs. 399 per month. The Mega plan also includes access to international content from other OTT apps, such as Lionsgate Play.

I feel Tata Play Binge Mega plan is worth it, considering the number of OTTs bundled. With today's addition of Apple Tv+ and Fuse+ they have 27 OTTs.
