Bharti Airtel yesterday announced the launch of ‘Ultra-Fast 4G’ services in Andaman and Nicobar Islands which will offer blazing fast speeds on Airtel’s 4G network which will deliver a world-class experience to its customers on the island.
Airtel congratulated the Department of Telecommunication (DoT) on the inauguration of the submarine optical fiber cable link between Chennai and Andaman and Nicobar Islands which was inaugurated by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India Sh. Narendra Modi.
Airtel further stated that it had been serving customers in Andaman and Nicobar Islands since 2005 becoming the first private operator to launch its mobile services in the Islands back then. Airtel is looking to further strengthen its bond with the customers on the Islands with the launch of the ‘Ultra-Fast 4G’ network.
