ACT Fibernet announces free speed upgrade offer to celebrate Independence Day of India

Broadband service provider ACT Fibernet has announced a free speed upgrade offer for all customers to celebrate the 77th Independence Day of India. ACT Fibernet users will receive a free speed upgrade to up to 500 Mbps for the entire month of August.

ACT Fibernet free speed upgrade offer details

ACT Fibernet customers with speeds below 100 Mbps will get a free boost to 100 Mbps, while those between 100 Mbps to 300 Mbps will get a free upgrade to 300 Mbps. Moreover, users with Fibernet speeds between 300 Mbps to 500 Mbps will get upgraded to 500 Mbps. The offer is available for all customers at no additional cost from August 15 to August 31, 2023.

How to get the free speed upgrade offer

To avail of the offer, customers using Android or iOS devices can download the ACT Fibernet app via the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, respectively, and log in with their mobile number and enter the OTP. After that, users will see an Independence Day banner, and tapping on that will upgrade the speed for the rest of August.

After successful activation the following message will appear:

“Congratulations for opting-in for the Independence Day speed upgrade. Feel the advantages with ACT Fibernet. Enjoy upgraded speeds of 100 Mbps till 31st August – absolutely free. The upgraded speeds are applicable on LAN and Wi-Fi. Speeds are dependent on your router capability, make, and model.”

ACT Fibernet broadband services are available in select cities across India, including Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, and Jaipur. The company offers broadband plans ranging from 40 Mbps to 1 Gbps along with additional OTT subscriptions, such as Netflix, Zee5, SonyLIV, Disney+ Hotstar, and Sun NXT.
