Reliance Jio now offers relocation service to its AirFiber customers

Reliance Jio AirFiber reloaction service

India’s one of the leading telecommunication service providers, Reliance Jio, has started to offer the relocation service to AirFiber customers. Users can raise the AirFiber relocation request through the MyJio app. While the company has not clarified the pricing for Jio AirFiber relocation, it is expected to be free of cost, similar to the Jio Fiber relocation service.

To request relocation service via the MyJio app, users need to log in to the MyJio app using their AirFiber Landline Number or Registered Mobile Number (RMN). After logging in, users can tap on the Menu and select Relocate. To check if the Jio AirFiber service is available at their address, users are required to enter their address. For this step, users can either enter the address manually or automatically by tapping on Use My Current Location. If Jio AirFiber is available at the new location, users will be prompted to schedule an Appointment. Lastly, select the preferred time for installation, and then submit the relocation request.

Reliance Jio AirFiber plans start at Rs. 599 per month and provide 1000GB of data at 30Mbps speed. It also offers access to over 800 digital TV channels and 14 OTT subscriptions. Moreover, the company offers other plans with higher speed as well as data booster packs for customers consuming more data. Jio AirFiber service is available in 7577 towns across India.

Recently, Jio launched a new Freedom Offer for new Jio AirFiber customers. Under the offer, new Jio AirFiber customers opting for the 3-month Rs. 599 plan will receive a waiver of Rs. 1,000 installation charge. New customers will also get an outdoor unit, a Wi-Fi router, a 4K Smart set-top box, and a voice-active remote at no additional cost.
