The National Internet Exchange of India (NIXI) today announced that it will offer a free Internationalized Domain Name (IDN) in any of the preferred 22 official languages along with every IN domain booked by the registrant. NIXI with the aim to stimulate the adoption of the Bharat (IDN) domain name is allowing applicants to also get a free email in the local language to proliferate local language content.
The offer will be available to new .in users who register before 31st January 2021 while being extended to those existing .in users who renew their domain in the month of January 2021.
NIXI offers .Bharat domain in all 22 Indian languages along with free email with every .Bharat domain name. NIXI has hundreds of .in accredited registrars along with exciting .in promotions.
NIXI has been working since 2003 to spread internet technology to the citizens of India by setting up Internet Exchanges through which internet data is shown exchanged amongst ISPs and between ISPs and CDNs, managing and operating Internet Protocol, and managing and operating operation of IN country-code domain and Bharat IDN domain for India.
