Live Telecast, 1962, Snowfall, Flora & Ulysses, and more coming to Disney+ Hotstar this February

After ending Marvel Cinematic Universe’s content drought by premiering WandaVision in January, Disney+ Hotstar is set to end FX networks original content drought by bringing back critically acclaimed crime drama Snowfall for its fourth season which is scheduled to premiere on February 25. The series created by John Singleton, Eric Amadio, and Dave Andron follows the first crack epidemic in the United States revolving around CIA undercover operative Teddy, young African American drug dealer Franklin and Mexican wrestler Oso.
The streamer is also set to bring a couple of Indian original titles under the label “Hotstar Specials”. The first out and out horror series, Live Telecast from marquee Tamil director Venkat Prabhu is set to premiere on February 12. The show marks the digital debuts of Kajal Agarwal and Vaibhav Reddy. Mahesh Manjrekar is donning the director’s hat for the war drama series 1962: The War in the Hills that is scheduled to premiere on February 26. The series is based on 1962’s Indo- China war features Abhay Deol in the lead role.
After acclaimed original films like Soul, Godmothered, and Togo, Disney+ is coming up with another original film from Walt Disney Studios titled Flora & Ulysses that is based on Newbery Medal-winning children’s book of the same name. The film follows Flora and her pet squirrel Ulysses who possess superpowers. The film is scheduled to premiere on February 19. Disney+ is also set to launch Star hub on February 23 with 450+ titles at launch. However, the availability of those titles in India hasn’t been confirmed.

Disney+ Hotstar Premium is the home for premium programming form Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, FX, 20th Century Studios, and HBO in India along with vast Indian programming and various sporting properties. Disney+ Hotstar Premium is priced at Rs 1499 annually or Rs 299 monthly.
