February month going to be ended today and my subscription not yet migrated. So i mailed them again and this was their reply:
Thank you for being patient with us during this positive transition. We would like to update you that we have successfully migrated our users from dittoTV to ZEE5. Due to some technical reasons, the pack corresponding to your login ID has not reflected, but our team is working hard on resolving the issue at the earliest.
We will keep you updated about the proceedings and would request you to be patient with us in the interim.
