Can I pay for Youtube Premium with Google Play cash? Since I don't want to keep the International Transaction on for my card. Recently my friend lost 15K because his card details got leaked and someone from Singapore withdrew. As Internation transactions don't ask for otp.

Even for Family Plan too because when I try to change it as a payment method it shows unable to change. And selects google play balance as a backup only.

Maybe they have changed it now. I subscribed before RBI imposed restrictions on auto-debit.
Make sure you have enough balance in your Google Play account and don't pay through any other method. It might get automatically renewed through your Google Play balance.

If I switch off International Transaction from the card which it is getting auto-debited. Will the payment get fail or it will still work?

I think it will fail. But I am not completely sure, as I have never used Card for YT Premium. Only Google Play and UPI.
