From next cycle they should have a fixed number of games as England are playing 21 tests, Ind 19, Aus 19 while SA will play only 12 WI 13 and Pak, NZ 14

Coz sa more like to play T20
Don't forget they sent b team in nz while other top players play in sat20 they had chance to qualify by now but nah they want money over cricket.

Whatever happen sa and west indies will play less test England and Australia always stick to test plan so they play more india also will play good number of test matches

There's absolutely zero chance for them. Even if they beat SA 2-0 and all other teams face heavy slow over rate penalties, at least 3 other team will finish above Pak.

If India win BGT by 4-1 or 3-1, they'll qualify irrespective of other series results.
Any result poorer than that, they've to rely heavily on 2 neighbouring countries.

Since you've posted before the completion of SA-SL test, this was a wrong one.
Aus could be eliminated even if they win 3 matches against India.
SL winning all 3 tests and SA winning 2 against Pak would've put both of them above Aus.

Pakistan isn't eliminated yet. They've a mathematical chance if SA lose 1 point on slow over rate.
By winning all 4 tests (I missed they have 2 home tests against WI) and other several results going there way, Pak can still finish second on table.
