number of matches in a series is decided by two teams not icc so a team is free to schedule only two matches in all its series

I know about it bro that's why I want to change these rules and also points distribution system.

It's very simple.
Team A RPW/ Team B RPW

i.e. Ind v WI = [(297+343)/(10+7)] ÷ [(222+100)/(10+10)] = 2.34
