From when Sky sports UK started handling ICC events Production? I think it's done by ICC TV (ICC itself).& I don't think DK done live Commentary on Sky Sports, He worked as an expert on studio show.

Yes. You are right Sky has no say in ICC broadcasting and production matters. ICC and official broadcaster Star India will be handling the matters.

Ps. Star India owns the global rights for all ICC events till 2023 which they had licensed it to other networks. Sky had got the dibs bcoz it was a sister company under 21CF.
