Follow this 👇 you should be able to install Windows 11.

Getting slow booting speed . Shut down taking little bit longer than usual. Menu transition not feeling smooth.
Not sure about slow boot or shut down speed, it is just like Windows 10.

Yes, new context menus and the file explorer aren't that smooth, and many users have experienced this.
 
Official Microsoft method to bypass TPM restriction on Windows 11. If you don't have TPM, this will come in handy..

thanks bro, this method works during clean installation although my pc has tpm 2.0
now its buttery smooth, color mixing at its best, little bit sluggish in menu transition
 
run "disk cleanup" and remove the old OS files.
Not recommended if you plan to rollback later l.
My friend removed them, and he is now stuck with a very early dev build of Windows 11.
I was easily able to rollback to Windows 10 since I kept those files.

Windows 11 stable version is much stable than the Dev version so removing the old os does makes the pc run more smoothly
