This security update includes quality improvements. No new operating system features are being introduced in this update. Key changes include:
- Addressed issue with Surface Hub devices waking from sleep approximately every four minutes after the first two hours.
- Addressed issue where autochk.exe can randomly skip drive checks and not fix corruptions, which may lead to data loss.
- Addressed an issue where Microsoft Edge users in networking environments that do not fully support the TCP Fast Open standard may have problems connecting to some websites. Users can re-enable TCP Fast Open in about:flags.
- Addressed issues with Arc Touch mouse Bluetooth connectivity.
- Security updates to Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Graphics Component, Windows SMB Server, Windows COM, Microsoft Scripting Engine, Windows kernel, Windows Server, and the .NET Framework.

Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella at the during his opening keynote at Day 1 of the Build 2017 developers conference in Seattle revealed that Windows 10 was now running on 500 million monthly active devices. That's a significant jump from the 400 million active devices figure revealed in September last year - adding 100 million monthly active devices in roughly eight months.

Microsoft designs new Windows 10 update
Announced during the ongoing annual developers conference Build 2017, Microsoft said the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update would be available later this year.
"A new design system for the next wave of creativity across devices; experiences that move with you across Windows, iOS, and Android; Spotify , SAP Digital Boardroom are coming to the Windows Store; new tools that make Windows home for all developers; and the world's first Windows Mixed Reality motion controllers - no markers required," said Terry Myerson, executive vice president Windows and Devices Group.
Unveiling a new creative app, Myerson said this automatically brings memories - photos and videos - together to create stories with a soundtrack, theme and cinematic transitions.

Here one example microsoft wordpad is in store but if you type wordpad you will not find this wordpad but if you click the link Access Denied and click get app open store click open you'll see this. so, I'm trying to find the link of whatsapp
