Uninstall the current version you have and then download and install the newest version from below link...

NOTE: While removing the product DO NOT untick the square box "License Information"

It will retain the license info and the same will be activated on the new install...

Download link: http://www.vrinfotech.in/downloads/SETUP/KIS15.0.2.361en-in(abc).zip

The above link and method is completely safe because it was suggested by the Kaspersky Technical Support team.. I had the same issue and contacted them and they gave the above info... Now it's working correctly... :k
Thanks.Done as per your instruction.:tup

35 deg C and you are worried and that too in a warm country like in India :D

For Laptop 50 - 60 deg C is normal. My laptop even goes to 75 deg C under load. So don't worry. It's fine. Laptop CPU can goes upto 90 - 100 deg C depending upon model.

You should be worried if temp goes to 75 deg C without load :k

Don't block laptop vents by putting it on bed. Use laptop on desk. If you still need to use on bed at least put some books under the laptop so that vents don't get block :k
