no karthik brother don't go with that Philips,i have seen it on my friend's home.he always complained lot about sound quality to compare with my Sony,but Philips picture quality is good.this is very low price TV compare others in Indian market.videocon always choose their equal partners.

people bro yes many models of philips like 5356 model or 6357 model have poor sound quality but new ddb led tv's have awesome sound, many times better than samsung and sony

Karthik bro, my 5 cents:

1) Please check & focus on the model also and not only the brand. For example, many Samsung models may have better AV quality than models of Sony or vice versa.

2) Please consider Refresh Rate & Screen Resolution as the two most important technical parameters of picture. However, please see/ hear the actual AV quality for the specific model (with DTH input and not some fancy HD Video) in a showroom even if you are buying online.

tech genie bro, for good PQ what is the minimum requirement of refresh rate & screen resoulution are required. can you give us how to find out the refresh rate & resolution when purchasing led tv.
