What about the other seasons?
I am hesitant to start because it's too long. A Total of 83 Episodes. I don't know if it's worth it if it only gets better after like 6 seasons.

I watched just 3 episodes of 1st ssn. and scenes are so lengthy and just too many dialogues for Lucifer it seemed at time that i am hearing a monologue

Yes, Shetland also had the same vibes. I Love Broadchurch the most and I didn't like MOE. Of course I liked the performance, cinematography or location but the story was below par to me.
