The problem here was noone had predicted that Jio will have so much impact on indian telecom industry. It led to huge losses which no-one had estimated. Add to that spectrum is extremely costly in India. This has led to failures in payments.

Indian govt is partially responsible for the mess VF and airtel are in as they allowed Jio to offer free sim, calls and data.

Jio was cleverly convert customers to 4G data with minimum recharge (399) and discount coupons from inception after free service period (VOLTE calls sucks in that period), but not in the case of AVOID. Still AVOID have crores of 2G customers with low revenue.

True but India is a country with huge population and spectrum is national resources which needs to be utilised further for them hence costly is price.

But somehow these incumbents failed to understand the game of Jio and didn't realise what onslaught is going to happen to them. Airtel survived because they started focussing on 4G and was quick to deploy pan India volte while Vodafone is yet to deploy to half of circles.

Its totally AVOID's fault for their current state ..
And AGR is 14 year old issue...Which AVOID had been Challenging it since starting....They never wanted to pay It. .N Was escaping from paying AGR... from last 14 years AVOID Always just wanted to make Money ,higher profits, from their customers ..and had been Hiding Their Revenues n Never had intention of paying fees, taxes to Govt...N were just keep on avoiding for so many years...so it all there deeds which they are currently paying back right now..N now they are crying n behaving like innocent babies and unnecessarily blaming JIO for their own faults..

Jio broke unlimited voice promise and Airtel, VIL broke life time free incoming calls. So we should use the network which gives good service in our area and should straight away port if service degrades.

True Neither JIO Nor AVOID are Saints....all are here For making money.. But same like jio bhakt...there are many Who are Feeling Sad and having sympathy for AVOID's current financial crisis and blames Govt n JIO ....for Which AVOID themselves are responsible..
And before JIO..in 2013/14 it was Vodafone n Idea only who had said that..India Is Not ready
for 4G volte.
