vodafone 4g not working

i am using redmi 3s prime ..i put the vodafone 4g sim but not working .other mobiles are working fine

You must first look into general stuff, like is vodafone in sim slot 1 and set as the default sim for data, and chosen for 4g network. As your second sim will probably be running on 2g/3g.

@bayasond Bro Vodafone 4G not working for any Redami mobile as per my knowledge because in Maharashtra expect Mumbai Vodafone 4G network frequency not support for redami mobile due to high frequency but working fine for Oppo mobile I am already tested Redami Mi4i and Note4 for Vodafone 4G. May be same problem in your area.

Yes mi's recently launched phones have very limited 4g bands, mainly support jio's 4g bands.

On what band Voda 4G operate there? Here in Bengal Voda 4G operate on Band 3 1800 mhz so I hv no problem accessing 4G in my Redmi 2 Prime

As per CC information it's working on more than 2300mhz in Maharashtra expect Mumbai.

What do you mean by more than? Just say 2300mhz band 40

This band supports 99% handset so there should not be any problem

Don't know but it's not supporting any Redami mobile in my area

IMO, Vodafone works at band 41 (2500 MHz) not band 40 (2300 MHz)
