No bro they patched it after latest system update.

I think airtel also regularly take look at our forum or someone from our forum is spying for airtel

No alternative method available and now we have to stay dependent on playstore only.

Yes it's using usb debugging if it's lock then jio and airtel is same now but have more app support compared to jiostore
