Actually on new number even after FRC recharge plans doesnt show for some days
Recently I ported to airtel it was required 249 or 399rs plans as FRC and for many days no other plans were showing for me

Have u tried recharging in freecharge,or payTm, amazon? Even it's not in list write 49 as amount...It may work...

Then u can try with local recharging person...If it works then fine...If not better to contact airtel cc only...
