*A complete change in UI
*Incognito mode can now be quickly activated from tabs bar
*You can now zoom in and out of any webpage including wap pages, irrespective of the page's settings

not comfortable with update, rolled back to 9.6, incognito logo irritates and hidden only when off (any one can guess is it on or off), speed also degreaded and crashing frequently

this is only my experience...others my differ
