Ok , they once told me that they would refund after deducting charges for used days ,that is would refund the amount for remaining days when I asked about cancelling prime once.And would refund fully in case I haven't made any purchases using prime

Might have changed their terms now, this is the best time to stop giving away refunds as more would cancel and re-subscribe to get at cheaper cost.
