Don't know about Ten2 HD but definitely air in DD National HD n Youtube channel of DD National. As I know DD National youtube channel covering all the live telecast of DD National TV Channel like Kumbh Mela and currently live Aarti from Jaggannath and Amarnath

I think it might be blacked out from internet and dth/cable as Sony had to pay money for the rights.
