First ever D/N ODI match in India

New Delhi's Jawaharlal Nehru stadium
became the first international venue
outside Australia to host a D/N
encounter. The match in question was
the India v Australia ODI in 1984.
Kepler Wessels, who late on went to
captain native South Africa lit the
match with a splendid 107, his only ODI
hundred. Australia went on to win the
match by a comfortable margin of 48 runs.
