That's the peak speed but at busy station there will definitely congestion in network so red signals are evident.

Just today in sealdah I saw premium trains like 12313 rajdhani express arrived almost 1. 5 hrs late even though this train travels at 130 kmph.

This is the reason why it takes long travel time when almost all trains runs at minimum 110 kmph speed.

Problem with railway is that it cannot sustain peak speed for long time.
Until we decongest network travel time will not decrease even if you increase speed limit.

Bro, total distance is 550 Kms and the average speed of this train is 60Kmph.
They should work on increasing average speed.
