Seeking Help Suggest me Led Tv

Hi Friends, I am planning to buy MI 32 Inch Led, my friend recommended my 40 inch FHD tv.. I am confused what to buy, We will most probably using SD Channels, would those channels look good on 40 inch led?
Or suggest some other brand... My budget is around 15-18k..

32 inches is rather small these days. If possible, go for 43 or even 49 to 55 inches. Now the prices have been falling and you can get 43 inches even 4k TVs around 20 to 23k. Wait for a few months and by August it might be even below 20k. Today you are happy with SD but in the next few years you will want to see HD and 4k if evrn for streaming video from YouTube only.

My room size is small, around 6-8 feets, so i feel 32 inch is ok, also mom n dad will watch..

The bigger the better. 55 inch will feel like cinema. Here is another good deal. If you wait for a few months, it might go down to 20k as well.
