SubSpace App for sharing OTT Subscriptions

I gained 1124 Subspace Coins by using the "Spin To Win" option and by answering quizzes inside the app. But now there are no Scratch Cards available for me in the "Subspace Gifts" page (refer sceeenshot), and there is no indication inside the app as to where I could use these coins. There is no relevant answer in the app's help section either.

Don't Scratch Cards appear in this page automatically? Is there a minimum number of coins that I need to gain before a Scratch Card appears on this page?

I have been in conversation with Subspace's Chat Support since 12.30pm this afternoon. They have been of absolutely no help. They keep giving me some random, useless answers. And now there has been no response for 2 hours

Could this have to do something with KYC? Have you completed FULL KYC for your account (by providing Aadhaar Number & PAN)?

I have not completed FULL KYC as I have logged into Subspace using my secondary mobile number for now, and I don't want to complete FULL KYC using this number. I have logged in using this number because I need to activate the Zee5 Subscription for this number. My family is going to use the subscription on 4 devices. Does Subspace have the option to activate subscriptions for a mobile number that is different from the one that we used to log into the app? I don't think it does, no?

Is Subspace doing some kind of fraud now? I want to withdraw my balance of Rs 203 to my bank account but for that bank ac verification and kyc is needed
1. Bank verification fails everytime and they charge verification charges
2. Kyc gives error after submitting Aadhar otp and they charge Rs 5 everytime

My balance got reduced to Rs 203 to Rs 179
And the support is some AIbot which is useless and not initiating refund

I think it's not advisable to enter Aadhaar and PAN details on an OTT sharing app. It has more consequences than any good.

Yes even I have the same opinion, but to withdraw balance, kyc is not optional

Bro withdrawal yor amount by doing Dth/mobile recharge and by Gift card

Right bro don't share adhar pan for 200rs in a 3rd party app.
There should be only payment relation between ott and customer
