In what could be seen as a damaging indictment of Board of Control for Cricket in India's bias against the women's game, Committee of Administrators' member Diana Edulji has said that the BCCI is a “male chauvinist organisation” and accused that the women's cricket team's recent success in the ICC Women's World Cup has not gone down well with some BCCI members, according to a report in the Indian Express.
