Sports Channels Pay a huge amount to get these rights, sharing with DD is understandable with DD Freedish and DTT, as the channels of rights holders aren't available there, But on Pay TV, its business, DD, as well, is seeking viewership for its own channel DD Sports by trying to do this, without even paying a penny for the rights, they are aiming to reach each and every household at the cost of original rights holders.

Bad move by the government. Sports should always be on pay per view basis. Instead of catering to freeloaders (no offense) they should've make mandatory for broadcasters to air sports content in 4K.
