Did you install window 10 april update? (via windows update or MCT)
you can try this
Start windows in safe mode with networking and check for updates. Install any pending updates. (or go back to previous version)
you can use Shift + Restart or use windows installation media to get into safe mode.

Where exactly it's stuck? Can it go till Lock screen (where you enter your password). If yes then on the right side you'll see a power button hold shift and click restart --> click troubleshoot --> Advance options --> startup settings --> click restart -->After restart you'll see a page that'll say "press a number to choose.." press 5.

ctrl+alt+del. works at that time? can you start task manager. If no, then you'll need windows 10 installation media to troubleshoot.
Download windows 10 and make a bootable pendrive or DVD
Run windows 10 installation media --> click repair your computer --> troubleshoot --> startup repair if it doesn't fix then click Go back to the previous version.

you need to create a installation media that's the only way because you can not do anything to troubleshoot or fix as its stuck.
Your laptop comes preinstalled with windows 10 home. So, may be you can factory reset your device contact CC or refer to manual. Many PC manufactures create a recovery partition and can reset windows if it is not booting up.
