Yuvraj Singh and Hazel Keech are all in readiness on the eve of their big day. The duo are set to tie the knot in a grand ceremony on Wednesday. With the Indian team winning the third Test inside four days, the Yuvraj-Hazel wedding is expected to be a starry affair now.

Virat Kohli , Parthiv Patel, Mohammed Shami,
Ajinkya Rahane and Ishant Sharma have arrived for the ‘Cocktail’. Among the latest entrants are Yuvraj’s mother Shabnam and brother Zoravar. Also in attendance are former India captain Kapil Dev and commentator Gautam Bhimani.

Ahead of the ‘Cocktail party ‘ in a plush city hotel, the couple was clicked holding hands in the lobby area. While Yuvraj looked dashing in a black Kurta, Hazel looked gorgeous in her attire. Mohammad Kaif and Ashish Nehra were spotted making their way to the ceremony and more faces from the cricketing world, and film fraternity are expected to grace the ceremonies in Chandigarh. India skipper Kohli too seemed excited to attend the ceremonies, and felt the team can unwind without tension.

“There’s a gathering at the hotel. The whole team is invited. We will all go there and it is a nice coincidence (that we have won). We have a chance to celebrate in the evening. So I think the guys will be relaxed attending the function and chill for a bit longer,” he concluded.

Yuvraj’s father Yograj arrived for the ceremony dressed in a black attire.

Yuvraj has also invited Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his wedding and it remains to be seen whether the PM graces the occasion.

Yuvraj Singh, Hazel Keech get married in a Gurudwara

Yuvraj Singh and his long-time girlfriend Hazel Keech got married in a Gurudwara situated 40 kilometres from Chandigarh in a ceremony that was attended by close friends and family of both individuals. The ceremony was performed and blessed by Braham Gyani Sant Ram Singh at the Fategarh Sahib Gurudwara.

Both of them complimented each other well with maroon the lead colour. Yuvraj is reported to have worn a sherwani by JJ Valaya. He wore a ‘sehra’ of the same colour and was joined by his mother Shabnam Singh in entry to the Gurudwara.

Keech wore a lehenga with maroon the dominant shade with hints of pink on the sleeves. She was brought to the Gurudwara by her friends and family.

The couple got married according to Sikh traditions and customs with Yuvraj’s mother pushing for the couple to get married in the Gurudwara as she’s a firm believer of Braham Gyani Sant Ram Singh.

The wedding affair, off Chandigarh, was attended by just the close friends and family of the couple with Harbhajan Singh reported to have been by Yuvraj’s side throughout.

The couple will now get married according to Hindu customers in Goa on December 2 with among the large invitees is the name of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The couple will then fly to Delhi for the reception which is likely to feature a larger list of attendees with invites sent out to many in Bollywood, corporate honchos, politicos and cricketers. Some reports have also circulated which said the members of the England cricket team have been invited too with their interest in attending a ‘big fat Indian wedding’.
