I guess both phone users exist on our forum. So why not hear from them directly. Requesting them to share opinions on it. Personally i don't like too much customized UI. So i will prefer Moto M.

Which service centre you visited ? MI Exclusive Service Center in Sec V of Infinity Building is very fast in fixing device issue in my experience

You can say Moto was the best, till it was in the hands of Google.

Now its becoming worse day by day with take over by Lenovo.

Starts manufacturing phones with Mediatek. Didn't expect from Moto.
Only 3 Series was available. E,G,X - which was enough for Motorola to with-stand in the market.
Now E,G,X,Z,C,M and counting.. don't know till how much they will go.!

Motorola was famous for its stock android OS and On-time updates. Infact it was the second OEM to get android updates right after Nexus and google devices. Updates in Motorola has just taken a U-Turn.
Regarding build quality and performance. E3 Power, G4, G4 Plus, G5 all are having mixed reviews. And in future Lenovo is planning to introduce it's Vibe UI in Motorola devices. Another fall.

Am myself using Moto G 2015 for last 2 years and I love the brand Motorola, but not any more and no more Moto devices. Lenovo is digging its grave for Motorola.

From Moto's point of view it was running in loss till Lenovo take over it that means nobody was buying Moto phones earlier. Now under Lenovo, Moto got a refresh look and lots of device portfolio under different series and if it is running in profit now then may be that's what People want  :shy
