The date and time on the new white set-top box (model: jams200a - OS version: Jio OS 2.0 18.1.08) are not updating automatically. I’ve been facing this issue for the last two weeks after my relocation, while the old box was working perfectly.
Workaround: Open the Jio browser from the Jio STB. An error will appear, allowing you to change the date and time. Click on "Update Date and Time" and save. This will remain until the next restart.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
