Smart TV storage running out on Candes smart TV

I have Candes 60cm smart TV while transferring some files it showed storage space running out. After that none of the functions working even video not working. Can anyone tell me what should I do now or how perform forced factory reset?

try pressing home button and settings button together

There is no settings button in the remote

Now it depends on technician. If the technician knows the best way to fix, your problem will be solved.

Is that be possible to get any idea from customer care of the brand to perform factory reset function?

I dont know brother, you can also ask local technician.

Brother I turned on TV now it started to work normal everything was fine but after 2 minutes same storage running out notification popped up

So it means you have 2 mins, restart your TV & quickly go to settings and reset your TV
