I have Candes 60cm smart TV while transferring some files it showed storage space running out. After that none of the functions working even video not working. Can anyone tell me what should I do now or how perform forced factory reset?
Finally I successfully factory reseted my TV.
I saw other smart TV's settings steps
then I tried on my TV by navigating to settings options from the home screen even though the screen was blank, I did factory reset, now TV working well and good.
