Samsung Galaxy SII update via Kies

^ S2 software is not updateable I believe.

One need to Root it. [ As far as I know ]

Dude if you dont know leave it....Dont give wrong info...

S2 will get 4.2.2 update also which will be its last.....Right now S2 got update of 4.1.2

I have tried numerous times to update S2 / S1 both but failed.
Now I'm using Android 4.2.2 on both Models after Rooting them.

For S1 ICS was last update so for JB it needed Root

but for S2 JB is official...For Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie S2 users need to root

Finally, I upgraded my Samsung Galaxy S II to Jelly Bean :sp :sp :sp

I have Windows Vista installed in my Laptop and with that only I faced the problem in upgrading to Jelly Bean via Kies.

I tried to update it using my work laptop (provided by my office) and it worked well using Kies.

The look and feel of the UI is very very good. I love my mobile very much now than earlier.. Also, there are lot of cool features in it.. Have to explore more, since I upgraded it yesterday evening only..

Sure Bro... But I don't know how exactly I have to click the buttons to capture the screens. It is working sometimes only for me.. Anybody please let me know what is the timing there to press the buttons for the screenshot..

Press the volume down and the power button at the same time. Hold them in for about a second or so. Screenshot will be saved on your device. :k
