Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ launched in India



South Korean handset maker Samsung has launched its flagship smartphones, Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+, in India. The company has priced Galaxy S8 and Galaxy 8+ at Rs 57,900 and Rs 64,900, respectively.

The 4G devices will go on sales on May 5 through Flipkart and Samsung's own online shop. Further, the devices will come bundled with Reliance Jio 's double data offer. Customers who prebook the device will get a Free convertible charger.

Both the devices are available with the Samsung Exynos 8895 SoC, and pack 4GB of RAM and come with 64GB inbuilt storage while also supporting expandable storage via microSD card (up to 256GB).

Only US version comes with snapdragon I think, international version comes with Exynos.

It's much like xiaomi devices which when launching in China comes with MediaTek but when comes in India it launch using Snapdragon SOC.
