Currently im using S23 + ... should i upgrade to S25 + ?
My wife is using S22+ for more than 2.5 years, she is in no mood to change after trying S24+ and I feel S25+ is not much different as well. S25+ is using the Same Camera setup of S24+, which is again using the same camera setup of S23+, which in turn is again using the same camera setup of S22+ as well. There are only very very tiny and minimal differences in camera pic quality and that too due to better ISP, which is NOT visible to naked eye, unless you see both images side by side, with 100% zoomed in.

Since you are using S23+, you are not getting enough upgrades when you buy S25+ as both are using Same Camera, Same Design, Both Snapdragon processors (Same is true for S22+ as well, except camera island design). Only thing you are getting is 200mAh more battery, QHD+ display (which negates the extra 200mAh extra capacity), more RAM. Better buy new battery for S23+, whenever you feel so and wait till S27+ as told by @Sumit05 bro.

We the consumers must vote with our wallet. If phone makers keep on giving almost same phone for years, we should never open our wallet.

Beginning April 7, Galaxy S25 series users can experience new visual conversation capabilities through a free software update.

Gemini Live with camera update is coming to the Galaxy S25 series.

I am interested in upgrading my parents phones (Galaxy S22 128 GB Indian Model SM-S901E/DS and Galaxy S23 256 GB USA Model SM-S911U1) to Galaxy S25 256 GB Indian Model. Since I have been outside India for a few years I have been out of touch with the Indian market.

When do typically prices in India drop on the Galaxy S series models?

Don't wait for offers or price drop specially online. When you brought with your saving money later next android update will tell you about hardware like error in updated files, green screen as company already noted which models were sold online.
I suggest you go with offline and buy smartphone without offer however it's will be less feature but latest soc and camera good.

Now you should not buy samsung flagship phones. After warranty over, you will get pink/green lines whether you buy online/offline. It was there in S 21, S22 now started in S23.
Buy samsung phone at the time of launching. It provides highest discount
