With discount it will come down to 47-48K. Wait for few months, you might get it at 40K easily. If you are into custom roms, One Plus 9RT is good device to buy once it launches. Or even Mi12X/Mi11X. You will save some money. Snapdragon version of S21 FE is fine. This is heating brick. Avoid this completely and go with S22 series.

I would have recommended this phone with snapdragon 888. With Exynos it's no go.

With no microSD slot and almost same camera and no adaptive refresh rate, I think there is not much benefit in going for S21 FE, instead of S20 FE..
