startv.com site is redirecting to disneystar.com as of now. It may be their old or previously existing domain.

Yes transition will take time just like Voot to Jio Cinema transition took months to complete.I think 'Disney+ Hotstar' name will continue for few more months after merger announcement. Popular contents from Jio cinema will shift to Hotstar these period. Name change may be discussed in board eventually after the new company come in action.
