Most properly routing issue. Are you connected with the 2.4 GHz Band?Jio Fiber is slow compared to BSNL in my area. I got that trial connection from Jio for 1 month, used it and live sports streaming on many OTT are buffering. That didn't happen in BSNL Fiber. Speed and PQ quality was always good./BSNL was on 30 Mbps plan while Jio is in '150 Mbps'.

Sadly It's difficult because ISPs customer care do not understand such things and JIO does not have an LCO model. Better to complain and say that things are not working fix this ASAP or ask for a refund as most probably you would be on Trial.
