Seeking Help Regarding My Jio recharge

Hello guys, I have done my Jio recharge of 608 rs on 30th June 2017 by using Truebalance App. But I not even recieved the recharge. So I asked with True balance to verify, & Truebalance said my all recharges are successful. So also I asked operator reference number and gave to Jio & they said recharge declined and we have not received the payment. Even this also told Truebalance and they are saying all recharges are successful.
Now what I can do guys, please help
 
Bro, if you paid using a debit card then you'll get a refund within 6-10 working days.

Hi, Gobinaath & sumitroy .. thank you so much for replying. I done recharge via debit card via true balance app.

Then contact ur bank bro with recharging successful snap

They may clear ur issue or they may give solution

..
 
It's almost 10 days now so if money not credited back to account then File a complaint on bank website with references number which showing on account statement.
