Probably not. If you want volume controller then go for normal headphone. Google assist might help to reduce volume, not sure. Redmi didn't launch airdot in India officially.
Microsoft is launching a new earbud next year which is cool but expensive.

I have them, and the button on the Redmi Airdots can pick up/end a call and play/pause a song/video, but there are no volume controls for sure.
